Our monitoring platform offers the best solution to this problem. It is compatible with most modern alarm systems and can be easily fitted to existing installations. Once the modem is fitted to your alarm panel it is in constant communication with the control room, who not only monitor the alarm signals, but also the communications network that is uses. Our modem uses an international SIM which will operate on the strongest possible network and it simply switches to another network in the event of a network provider outage. The modem has built-in anti-blocking detection technology which can detect the difference between a loss of signal and malicious interference.
